You may use yolaHR only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate company, employee, payroll, tax, payment, and user information.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, managing authorised users, assigning appropriate roles, and promptly notifying us of unauthorised access or suspected compromise.
Customer Data
Your organisation retains ownership of data submitted to yolaHR. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Plan features, employee limits, and pricing are shown at registration or in billing settings. Fees may be charged monthly, by invoice, or through supported payment channels. Taxes, statutory charges, transaction fees, and third-party payment fees may apply.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform security.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not use the service to process data you are not authorised to process.
Service Availability
We work to keep yolaHR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, internet issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.
Compliance
yolaHR provides tools to support HR, payroll, approval, reporting, and payment workflows. Your organisation remains responsible for confirming compliance with employment, tax, payroll, data protection, payment, and regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yolaHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
